Prevailing Wage Legislation

All Federally and state funded projects require workers to be paid the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage. If your boss decides not to pay this wage you have recourse. Contact Pennsylvania Labor and Industry to file a complaint, whether it’s for prevailing wage, overtime pay, minimum wage or a variety of other labor related issues. Here's a link to the Pa. Labor and Industry site with information and downloadable complaint forms.
